Haven Conveyors, a bit about us!
Founder Andrew Hughes has worked exclusively in the conveying and materials handling industry since 1987 supplying new and refurbished conveyors and systems to a wide range of companies throughout the UK, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East. Haven Conveyors previously known as haven equipment can be found in Telford, Shropshire and has remained a fairly small company focusing on a friendly, hardworking atmosphere, priding itself on maintaining repeat customer orders whilst enjoying a growing customer base.
All of havens conveyors and systems are either new or refurbished and are made to a high standard for use in industries as diverse as the nuclear industry, metal foundries, soft toy manufacturers, food processing, steel manufacturing, I.T. Equipment manufacturing, animal bedding, tyre manufacturers, North Sea oil equipment, kitchen manufacturers, theme parks and the waste recycling industry to name a few.
Haven Conveyors have evolved into the foremost conveyor recycling company in the UK. Whilst we can supply new Conveyor Systems made to your exact specifications we can also supply conveyors that have been refurbished to a very high standard for re-use in a wide range of industries.
With the move towards more and more recycling of materials, companies large and small are realising that reconditioned conveying equipment is a cost effective and viable alternative to new, often carrying the same warranties and guarantees as new items. Obviously when these items are refurbished many new parts such as belting, bearings, etc. are fitted if required. Haven Conveyors pride themselves on the fact that they have saved their customers millions of pounds in capital expenditure over the years, often enabling clients to install handling equipment when it would be impossible to justify the financing of new equipment.
